Mahalo is the Hawaiian word for "Thank you very much".  Why are we thanking the sophomore class?  Because they created and served a delectable array of Hawaiian dishes.

On Thursday and Friday, April 26th and 27th, the Sophomore Restaurant was held for all teachers and staff.  It included delicious, authentic Hawaiian food such as mahi-mahi, and dishes with macadamia nuts and pineapple accents.  The fun, relaxed atmosphere began with a lei for each diner and continued with replicas of Hawaiian statues and lots of beautiful Hawaiian flowers!

Aloha until next year!
