Open houses for the Class of 2014 be held in November and December.  If you plan on coming to an open house, we ask that you make a reservation.  Register at http://www.bergen.org/application . By registering for an open house you will create a record which you will then update if and when you choose to apply. The application form should be available in early November. 

Admissions letters will be mailed during the first week of April.

The Teterboro campus of Bergen County Technical Schools is a full-time high school. BCTS, Teterboro offers a unique educational environment that combines high level academic classes with technical and pre-professional courses. The application is done online and can be found at www.bergen.org/application . Other
admission-related material will be available at the Open House.

Admission Test: When you apply you choose the date and time.

Testing dates - Saturday January 23, 2011 and Sunday January 24, 2011

If you are interested in becoming a high school student at BCTS, Teterboro . . .

Attend an open house program. Our open house programs are designed to help you make a choice. You will learn a lot about the school at an open house program. Bring your parents with you and talk to them about the school and your personal high school goals. 

Consider what we look for in students. The Bergen County Technical High School, Teterboro, looks for students with serious interest in pursuing technical and academic studies toward a college placement and/or technical career. The ideal candidate will be academically adept and strongly motivated to advance in a technial discipline complemented by challenging academic subjects. We emphasize teamwork in our classes, requiring maximum participation by all students, but also helping all students to succeed. Applicants should be prepared to exhibit a high level of personal ethical standards, including integrity and responsibility to self and others. The school looks for prospective students who exhibit strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to excellence and who look forward to becoming an active contributor to our dynamic learning community.
