womens conference

On Wednesday, June 7, 2017, Applied Technology High School hosted a Young Women’s Leadership Program panel discussion and Q & A session. The purpose of the Leadership Program is to empower the young women of ATHS by cultivating an environment where people can speak openly about topics regarding women’s rights. The program aims to stimulate an ongoing conversation about women’s successes and struggles in the workplace. This event was organized by students Samantha Bischoff and Kamilia Nicolas. The invited panelists discussed various topics that included their choice of careers and how to work toward your career goals.
