debate2016On Monday June 6th and Tuesday June 7th, 9th and 10th grade Law and Justice Students participated in the annual Law and Justice debate. Congrats to the 10th grade students who won this year's debate!

This year's debate addressed:

US v Texas

The Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA) program was within the president’s powers as enumerated in the Constitution.

Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt

The two abortion laws enacted in the state of Texas restrict women’s access to health services and violate the undue burden analysis and does not serve a legitimate state government’s interest in promoting health.
