Each year, AROUND 200 exceptional high school students from across the United States and other countries are selected to participate in a three-day Global Youth Institute hosted by the World Food Prize (WFP) Foundation.This year, Bergen County Academies student, Olivia Madajczyk was the top scoring student in NJ for the WFP Global Youth Summit.  Olivia will attend the World Food Prize event next fall in Des Moines and represent NJ and BCA while defending her proposal for addressing the issues of world food-insecurity.
