Congratulations to April Yoo, Culinary sophomore, for winning an international hospitality contest by preparing a video on Hospitality in America. For April's video submission, she had to address two questions:  How do you see hospitality in your country and how can you improve it? April's video, focused on the impact of social media trends in America and how the hospitality industry might use these trends to appeal to younger generations.

As the winner of this competition, April garnered a fully paid scholarship to a two-week hospitality program in Switzerland, including travel expenses and lodging.
