Physical Education - 9,10,11,12 (Core) Two Trimesters per year
 
The physical education courses are designed to contribute to the well-being of the student physically, intellectually, emotionally, psychologically and socially. Emphasis is placed on personal fitness and the pursuit of lifetime activities. Education on the physiology of exercise is integrated into the course so that students have a better understanding of the relationship between exercise and their well-being. A scientific approach to human physiology is emphasized.
