Bergen County Technical Schools - Teterboro
Out of 21,000 public high schools in 49 states & DC, the Bergen County Technical High School - Teterboro has been named #61 nationally and #4 in NJ. If you are interested you can view our School Profile on the School Counseling page.
In order to determine the rankings, US News & World Report uses a three-step process. The first two steps ensured that the schools serve all of their students well, using performance on state proficiency tests as the benchmarks. For those schools that made it past the first two steps, a third step assessed the degree to which schools prepare students for college-level work.
The Bergen County Technical Schools - Teterboro is pleased to announce that it has been recognized as an Apple Distinguished School for its unique implementation of Apple technology. The Apple Distinguished School designation is reserved for programs that meet criteria for innovation, leadership, and educational excellence, and demonstrate Apple’s vision of exemplary learning environments. The selection of BCTS - Teterboro as an Apple Distinguished School highlights our success as an innovative and compelling learning environment that engages students and provides tangible evidence of academic achievement.
Dear Parent(s) and Guardian(s),
Although it may seem hard to believe, the school year is already heading into the fall. There is no doubt that the education of each child is truly a collaborative effort. It was wonderful to meet so many of you on our recent Back To School Night; a testament to how much education is valued by everyone in our community! I look forward to continue working together during the remainder of the school year. With this in mind, I would like to point out the following information:
